KILLORADO is going through
some last minute upgrades. It is now scheduled to drop at
the beginning of July. (Sorry for the delay, but it

• Keep a look out for the Black Eye
team as they make their way through Texas on the South
Texas Death Ride. They are heading down to Dallas and
have been snagging tons of great footage along the way. If
you happen to see them, make sure to approach slowly with
extreme caution. And, any extra food you may have would be
greatly appreciated. They are bound to be pretty hungry by
now...

in the December 2007 BMXplus!. Cory has a bike check
of his Killorado Signature frame. Adrian is featured in a
sweet gap to feeble grind to 180 bar spin sequence. And, Duke
grabbed a sick table top photo.

The Black Eye team had a great showing at this year's Double
Ditch Jam. Go to VitalBMX for some incredible
video and pics of the Black Eye crew in action at the DDJ.
We couldn't possibly compete with the sheer madness of Doyle's
2nd-annual launch into space, but Cory, Matt, Adrian, Duke,
and Kyle threw down some amazing tricks.
And,
the Black Eye Albucrazy Done LAzy Road Trip was a huge
sucess. The team took Albuquerque, LA, Vegas, and all points
inbetween by storm. All went as smooth as a baby's butt until...
the team vehicle was T-boned (and totaled) by a semi while
trying to make the escape from LA. All were shaken up, but
luckily everyone escaped without serious injury. Jaws of Life
were not necessary, as Cory kicked open the truck's doors
to allow the team to escape the burning wreckage. Jamie fearlessly
kept the camera rolling despite all the blood in his eyes.
Duke quickly flagged-down a passing Benz full of hotties and
hasn't been seen since. Adrian was thrown clear of the doomed
vehicle -- landing in a nearby IHop, where he promptly ordered
a full pancake breakfast. Kyle slept throught the whole damn
thing. And, Adam was reportedly seen licking his spilled Red
Bull off the shattered windshield. Stay tuned for the official
road trip video coming soon!
The
next generation of the Black Eye Team Frame prototype
has arrived and is currently undergoing hard-core testing
by the team.
Cory's
Killorado Signature Frame is just about here. We will
reveal this groundbreaking frame right here in a couple of
weeks.
Black
Eye Bikes Team update 7/17/07
The long awaited new line of 2008 completes, as well as the
new Team frames and Cory Jarman Signature frame, will be available
early fall. Look out for a whole new look, design, and overall
quality on all new Black Eye products. A sneak peak of the
new products will be posted very soon, so keep checking back.
Also, the upcoming full-length Black Eye DVD "The Awakening"
will be available very soon. It features individual parts
from our pro team as well as a killer mix section of all our
homies from the Southwest. Be on the lookout for a new trailer
any day now.
Cory Jarman - Mr. Jarman has been putting his new
Black Eye Signature prototype frame "through hell"
to get it ready for production. It has a newly revised beefed
up rear end, an all-purple-paint-job, and has been seen doing
bunnyhop 360 tailwhips and manual fakie tailwhips. What?
- Cory has been busy filming for a brand new ground breaking
Sunfall Clothing commercial as well as finishing up his video
part for Season Bikes.
- On July 20, Cory, Adrian, and Nate will all be attending
a Season Bikes roadtrip through the NE for the new Season
DVD. It should be a doozy with all those heavy hitters on
the trip.
- Cory also wants everyone to know that his beard is back
in "full effect" and he is "never trimming
it again!"
- Jarman would also like everyone to know that he is the reason
that Black Eye Bikes Co-Owner John Patzman is now addicted
to the new Monster Mean Bean Coffee/Energy drink, and needs
therapy for his addiction! That stuff is like heroine, be
careful out their kids.
Adrian Vigil - Adrian is still shredding on a daily
basis. He just got finished helping organize the Denver, CO
64th & Washington Underground Street Jam. The event was
super successfull and we will have a full-blown article posted
about it shortly.
- Adrian will be attending the Season Bikes NE roadtrip with
Cory and Nate on the 20th, and will be dropping hammers in
Ohio, New York, New Jersey, and wherever else they venture
off to. X-up grind UP a rail? We will just have to wait and
see...
- He will also be doing demos all over Iowa for Yellow Designs
on July 31-August 6. So, be on the lookout for him if you
are in and around the Davenport area. Those shows tend to
get a little crazy...
- Adrian is also now riding for Sunfall Clothing.
Matt Gannon - Gannon is
featured in the September issue of Ride Bmx USA magazine for
winning the New Mexico stop of the Local Exposure Tour back
in April. His overall consistency, and flat out crazy/technical
lines at the Los Altos park sealed the deal for the victory.
Just wait for his Black Eye video part, jaws will drop to
the floor, guaranteed...
Duke Dustman - The Duke has been busy doing demos
for a slew of random events all around northern Texas region
with his fellow e.k.u.d. crew. 360 Double tailwhips and Backflip
Tailwhips are, as Duke puts it,"the usual crowd pleasers
of our show." Definitely not your normal crowd pleasing
bmx demo tricks if you ask me. If you are around the Amarillo,
TX area anytime this summer, be on the lookout for some wild
e.k.u.d. demos.
Nate Richter - Nate will
be attending the Season Bikes roadtrip with Cory and Adrian
next week. With Nate's craziness on the trip, you know it
will be entertaining...
- Nate also has been shredding with the Peg Leg crew in Albuquerque,
NM. I'm sure some sick street moves are being dropped by them
right now as I type this...those guys are too good.
- Nate is also heading out to L.A. in early August to get
some filming done for an upcoming Shook DVD featuring some
of the Southwest's finest underground riders including a few
Black Eye riders here and there.
- And just as a reminder, the Albuquerque, NM 2007 Double
Ditch Jam will be taking place on August 11. Be sure to make
the journey out for that. Anyone can ride, its free, good
prizes, amazing spot/set-up, good times, and the Black Eye
crew will be on hand shredding with the locals. Check out
